How we consume food has an impact on everything around us – politically, financially, industrially, environmentally. By promoting sustainable food choices through regenerative culinary practices – and showing people how approachable, playful, and rewarding it can be – I hope to inspire long lasting change which will have a ripple effect on all other industries.
